Meet the cook behind the recipes
Authentic Indian cooking isn't about complex metrics; it's about the pinch of spices, patience, and absolute love.

Experience
25+ Years Cooking
Born and raised in the land of milk, yogurt, and indigenous cuisine of Haryana and royal lands of Rajasthan, is my in-laws' home. my life has been a beautiful journey of sensory culinary explorations. I started my travel into the kitchen as a young girl, watching my grandmother slow-cook traditional Panchmel Dal and prepare royal Rajasthani pickles under the golden afternoon sun.
Through this food blog, I translate my family's legacy recipes into quick, streamlined, modern adaptations. Whether you are a beginner looking to master your very first soft paratha, or an expert cook wishing to master Halwai-style Samosa and Rajasthani Gatte, my goal is to make homemade dining accessible, absolute fun, and nutritious!
My recipes use fresh, unrefined local ingredients like cold-pressed mustard oil, local wheat flour, and freshly-made cottage cheese (paneer). Cooking with passion and serving with joy is my kitchen's ultimate philosophy.
Every single recipe is cooked multiple times in my own kitchen with varying levels of heat to make sure they compile perfectly for you.
No overcomplicated culinary phrases. Recipes are listed in humble step-by-step formats that are incredibly easy on the eyes.
I preserve ancestral culinary tricks—like rubbing flour with cold ghee (moyan) or tempering (tadka) at precise temperatures.
