Direct from my Rajasthani home kitchen, here are two quick, time-tested traditional Nuskhas (remedies) using fresh ginger, rock salt, and sweet fennel seeds to keep your stomach light, cool, and healthy!

For the Appetite Remedy: Thinly slice the peeled fresh ginger into paper-thin chips.
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Sendha Namak (rock salt) on a ginger slice.
Slowly chew one slice 15 to 20 minutes before your meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) to activate your digestive enzymes. Use this remedy for only 3 to 4 days.
Alternative Ginger Method: Mix 2 to 3 drops of fresh ginger juice with lukewarm water, a squeeze of lemon, or a little honey.
For the Digestion Remedy: 20 to 25 minutes after your meal, take a teaspoon of fine fennel seeds (Saunf).
Chew them slowly and thoroughly. This acts as a wonderful natural mouth freshener and helps digest heavy meals easily.
This traditional home remedy uses fresh ginger before meals and fennel seeds after meals to naturally support appetite and digestion. It is intended for occasional digestive support and works best when paired with balanced meals, adequate hydration, and a healthy lifestyle.
